Four villas integrated into the landscape

The operation stems from the development of a panoramic plot in Argegno, on Lake Como, through the construction of four independent villas designed to follow the natural shape of the land and enhance the view over the lake.

The architecture takes advantage of the slope of the plot with volumes spread over several levels, large glazed surfaces and panoramic terraces, creating strong continuity between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.

Each villa, of approximately 280 m², has a private garden, swimming pool and garage and is developed to contemporary standards of comfort and efficiency, with particular attention to build quality, systems, materials and outdoor spaces.

A project followed through every stage of development, from planning to construction, with the aim of turning the potential of the area into a residential project consistent with the positioning and value of Lake Como.
