The operation began with the complete reorganisation of a large property, transformed through division into three independent residential units, each designed with a functional and complete layout.
The new configuration optimised the available surface, creating apartments with a living area, bedroom and bathroom, while making the most of natural light and the existing views.
The redevelopment covered all systems and finishes, adopting a common language for the three units: parquet, neutral tones, contemporary bathrooms and essential solutions, resulting in properties ready to meet different housing needs.
An intervention designed to turn a large surface into a more flexible real estate product, better aligned with demand in the Milan market.
