A new contemporary residential complex
The operation involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new residential complex in Sesto San Giovanni, developed over seven floors above ground plus a basement level.
The project aims to fully enhance the area through contemporary architecture, featuring large glazed surfaces, deep terraces and green spaces integrated into the façades, creating a new relationship between home, light and outdoor space.
The layout of the apartments and the technical solutions were studied together with the mechanical, energy and acoustic aspects, with particular attention to living comfort and the integration of the new building into the urban context.
A large-scale development followed from the design stage through to construction, with the aim of turning an existing property into a new, contemporary and efficient residential product that stands out in the urban fabric.
