The operation began with the acquisition of a villa built in the 1960s, set in a valuable landscape but no longer in line with contemporary living standards.
The project provides for a full redevelopment of the property, with a new layout of the interior spaces, more open and brighter rooms and a complete renewal of the systems and building envelope, up to energy class A4.
The architecture is reinterpreted through clean lines, large glazed surfaces and greater continuity between inside and outside. The intervention also includes the reorganisation of the garden, a new landscape design and a swimming pool, integrating the outdoor spaces into the overall project.
