A new layout for a contemporary property
The intervention involved a complete reorganisation of the original layout, with a new distribution of spaces designed to make the apartment more functional and contemporary and to make the most of its surfaces and natural light.
The renovation covered the entire property, with new electrical and plumbing systems, a new lighting design, replacement of windows, parquet flooring and a complete renewal of bathrooms, finishes and cladding.
Particular attention was paid to the quality of the rooms and the aesthetic coherence of the whole project, turning an apartment with a traditional layout into a modern property that is competitive on the market.
Once the works were completed, the redevelopment increased the value of the property and achieved, on resale, the ROI set out in the business plan.
